Premium resources are non-refundable once downloaded or previewed beyond the free preview pages, since they are delivered digitally and immediately accessible.

Courses

Course purchases may be refunded if requested within 7 days of purchase and before more than one live session or 10% of recorded content has been accessed, whichever is earlier.

Memberships

Membership purchases may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no premium resource or course has been accessed under that membership.

How to request a refund

Contact us through the Contact page with your order number. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
